After 15 years leading innovation and growth strategy at some of the most recognized names in consumer goods, I kept seeing the same pattern: brands with great products and real potential, stuck because they didn't have the internal infrastructure — or the right external partner — to scale.
I founded Forge Peak Group to change that. The name reflects the philosophy: forging something durable and purposeful, then taking it to the peak of its potential. That's what we do for every brand we work with.
We don't believe in strategy for strategy's sake. Every engagement ends with a clear path forward, a team that knows how to execute it, and the systems to make the next launch faster than the last.
